Account Transfer, Error Code 80150010

I get it on the east coast, 80150010 thats the error, when it loads like 1/3 of the way

EDIT: Oh yeah, I went to the troubleshooting and got it to sucessfully connect to Live and everything. So what's up with this?

i calle dthe dustomer service and they said something about not being 18, you have to have ur parents help.

So what do we change?

It only asks for the gamer tag and Passport. I guess we have to use our parent's passport...

One more year and I'll be past all this underage shit. Can't wait...

Are you using the original Xbox wireless adapter by any chance? That's what I have.

go thru it again, keep a eye on the bottom. you will see Y - update xbox info or some shit. you have to do that or else you will get that code.

wow this blowz i need my gamertag, munkle- did they credit the remaining time on your account to your new one? I have 2 months left and I dont wanna waste it...

Stupid MS, i was on the phone for hours about that mostly on hold, finnally the guy comes back and says i need to use a different passport :@ i use that passport everyday for msn messenger, now my xbox tab doesnt work and the alerts dont tell me if my xbox buddy's have signed in to live. i had to use this stupid new passport, and it stinks, and also it seems tech support has no more to offer you than whats on the website about this issue, like the guys were clueless who i spoke to, at the end they just said the only thing i could do was make a new passport and hope that one will link, it did but sadly i lost my msn features i use all the time.
