what is known about this so far? does it come with live? all games except new releases? if it doesn't come with live, how much?

At this point all the game streaming info is speculation.

MS has commented on it, but they always say "we are looking into it" or "it is possible..."

I think it is probable that we will see this in the future, in some form or another.

You're right about the bandwidth limitations.

It may not be cost effective for MS or developers to push this technology right now.

I guess we'll just have to see wait and see.
