wenever i try to watch a video on my xbox and it starts, the sound is allways mega quiet, and its not my videos becuase they worked fine on the porevious version i had installed. the versuon i have currently installed is the 11/18/04 CVS build.

Same here I have to turn the audio amp all the way up. I'm running the 11/15/04 CVS build. Wasn't like that in the 10/29/040 build.

try turning up the volume with the right thumbstick
