I deleted the TDATA and UDATA 0face008 folders and put the new .xbe and edited my XboxMediaCenter.xml and this is what i get when I go into XLink Kai under My Programs.

1. Did you get your build from the xbins mirror?

2. Did you have a previous version of XBMC installed? If so, delete the old version and reinstall the new one. Simply replacing the old files may not always work.

3. Make sure all the skin files transfered properly.

Thanks, I didn't realize that I needed to update the skin.

2 more questions.

I used to have Xlime on my xbox, I deleted it, now it shows it in the games part of Xlink Kai even though I deleted it off the xbox, how can I remove it from the list?

What is the default directory for Halo 2, it doesn't show up in my list and won't launch correctly, I have to do it manually. I have the game directory set to F:\Games\, Halo 2 is at F:\Games\Halo 2. What's wrong? Halo works and it's in F:\Games\Halo.
