Does anybody know of any website which allow you to spectate at xbox live games? I'd love to be able to checkout a video stream of particular Halo 3 matches while I'm at work (I realise this might be taking a love for gaming too far).

If no such website exists - any ideas for how this could be setup?

I have a live stream over at lllsondowlll.cjb.net however I am only one when requested and I usually only get on when I am playing offline because of the all the connection the stream sucks up. Other ways would be to go to ustream.tv and search halo 3.
