Xbox360 Ethernet Port Replacement.

Hello everyone. I am new here, and I saw that there is alot of the community that knows about this subject and I needed some help. So here goes...

My old xbox got the E71 error. I tried everything. And still nothing worked so I set it aside for a while... Then I got a used xbox from a buddy (for free) It had a bad disk drive but I fixed that, and the ethernet port is jacked... I don't know how to replace the ethernet port. I have read about the ICS chip but I have NO experiance in soldering. SO I don't know what to do... can anyone help?
