Xbla Content And Snes360

So, I am new to the jtag scene, and have a few minor probs.

FIrstly, when I FTP things to the xbox, I got all my xbla content on there, and xexmenu with xm360 sees them all, but they don't all show up in my game library. I can play them through xm360, and paly them from there, but that is it for some reason. If I hit unlock xbla content, nothing happens. Any ideas?

Secondly, I put Snes360 in there, but when I ftp'd my roms, it just shows the sub folders, and whne I click on a sub folder, it goes to the rom pause screen, and gets stuck there. I am thinking my roms are in the wrong place?

Also while ftping full games, they would keep getting to about 75% then asking if I wanted to resume the file and go back to 50%. Also while ftping roms, almost all of them just wouldn't go. Any ideas?
