Running Games Off Hdd With Jtag 360

I'm about to start experimenting with my new Jtagged machine, and I want to get the most out of my HDD space.

Will using ISO2GOD shrink down the ISO size or would I still need to use the 360 scrubbing program, then ISO2GOD?

And when extracting the ISO to the HDD as a folder, is there any way to dumb down the size by removing garbage data doing it that way?
