Well I'm not sure what the problem can be, something may be grounding out some where that you can't see, i dunno or it was just a bad dump. Do me a favor on your next post do a recap of everything you have done. From start to finish, that way I don't have to read all the post again...
1. First I saw that center light is solid green and nothing happens when I turn on the box.
2. I opened the box to check the wiring and replace diodes - didn't help.
3. I soldered LPT cables to the mainboard to flash XBR again - didn't help (here after flashing RROD started to appear after 10 seconds).
4. Then I removed JTAG cables and flashed original NAND but still same error.
5. I resoldered wires again, tried alternative spot for DB1F1 etc
And here we are

You should have put the resistors on LPT connector not on your motherboard..... And always use shrink tube to avoid problems.
I always had them on motherboard when flashing - it worked the first time. It's exactly the same cable.
