Just emailed the guy I bought the box off of and he told me he had hooked up to live .

Is there a way to check to se if it has been banned.I tried to search the answer but its came back no topic found.

call and ask. They dont care over the phone. Just ask if your console has been flagged for banning.

I went to xbox.com and they said I have warranty till sep 2010. Does that mean I'm not banned?

then no...your not baned. Did you find out if the person that flashed your drive has your original firmware? If not....you can ask the question at xboxhackerBBS

if you cant....then....you cant un-mod your xbox.

sucks, i know. But hold in there. Give it time the 360 will be just as hacked as the first xbox.
