so i have an xbr console and a stock console and i want to know if i play my arcade games that were trial turned full on my xbr console then movie my profile ovr via memory card to my stock will my profile/xbox be banned

can profile be banned and if so how?

and i have the full games on my stock but my xbr is in my basement where as my stock is in my room and it would just be easier to have it this way
