[360] Memory Editor On Xbr

Hey, im new to Homebrew/XBR/FreeBoot so apologies if this is a stupid question.
In Modio (a modding prog) theres a Memory Editor for Dev Kits. Pic below:

My question is: Can I use this on a Xbox with XBR? Or does it require the dev kit side-car aswell?
