ok, im gettin a pre-flashed xbox 360, which is said to never been flashed before, and neve rbeen online flashed/ If I stay offline until the new FW is out, is there any way i can still be flagged/banned if i never connect to live? main reason I cant get banne dis because I wanna use the same HD for both consoles, the mod and my legit. most of my backups are single player games, besides operation FP.
