Okay, here we go:

After upgrading from the sept 25 cvs to this one, the info bar no longer displays a movie with 5.1 ac3 to be 6 channel, but 2 channel ac3. I have run thesame movies (spiderman 2 for instance) on my other xbox, which is still running the sept 25 cvs, and all is okay there. My amp still displays the signal as dolby digital tho, but I am not sure if it really outputs 5.1 or just 2 channel as it displays.

[update]
I just grabbed my Avia Home Theatre Setup disc to have it test all channels independently, and it seems it does output 5.1. So it's just the info screen thats wrong.

replicacpp:

Which volume bar are you referring to - the one that pops up on moving the right thumbstick, or the one in the video OSD?

Also, which skin are you using?  <

I have no problem with the volume bar popping up.

What precisely is the problem you are seeing?

Too bad cant post a pic here. But is nothing that bad I can control the volume and all. But the blue bar that moves horizontally trought the rails that tells you were the volumes at, dissapears after I move it once. Like I said it does not affect functions just visuals. Maybe I can try a different skin but the default one should be the best for comp and that's what I am using.   <

I'm not sure if is has been mentioned with this build, but ever since I updated it, the movie trailers and the web radio don't work. I eventually got the trailers working by doing a search on the official XBMC forum. You've got to edit a file in the "scripts" folder. I think it was the AQT file or something. You have to change the 25x to 20x and then it will work. As far as the web radio, I have no idea how to get that working.  <

Did you install python and the webradio script files on the XBMC folders?
Also a couple of days ago the KML servers where down but they are back again.  <

I believe so. I just erased the old build completely, deleted the TDATA/0face008 folder and installed the new build. I also installed the latest stream pack. I think the python folder was already in there.  <
