Confused With All The Tutorials

Hello,

I have recently picked up an xbox acrade unit with a benq drive located inside.  I would like to flash this using the new Ixtreme 1.5 w/ jungleflasher.  I have read some tutorials online from 360mods.com and also seen some youtube videos that do something entirely different (power off and on the drive in 1 second type stuff while other tuts dont mention it).  I am not new to flashing drives, I have done my sammy and hitachi with no issues at all.  

I would just like someone to point me to the "correct" tutorial so I dont mess this up.  The ones I found all seem to say something different.  Just want to watch out for layin bricks..
