0800 Cd Where Can I Get It Do I Need It

I have a via chip and my computer showes up my 360 1:xtream and when i select it it does nothing and i get the e 65 error. Do i need the 0800 dics and does it have to be on a 2 dollar dl disc? where can i get it, thanks for your time
