hi dudes im going to buy a console in august and i have some questions for you to answer
1. i heard that crackdown is PAl and NTSC and something call region free can you explane?
2. in the local gaming store we got a chip named Globe 360 is it worth something?
3. last one does a chip can get detected or something and ban me from live? if it does how to evoide?
