I just recently bought a xbox 360 elite because my other xbox 360 was moded and I was banned from Live...So I posted the moded console for sale on craigs list hoping someone would by it. The thing is that my old hard drive has all my saved games on there and im still waiting for the migration kit to come in, but I really want this off my hands....My question is if I sell my moded xbox 360 before I get the migration kit and all my stuff is on that hard drive then what is the worst that can happen? Like would he be able to get into my account information?
