8-7 Build... Can't Re-size While Playing Video
« on: August 08, 2004, 10:23:00 PM »

Trying to use the start button to re-size video while playing and it seems to act as a cancel. Video play back just stops....

Any ideas on how to fix?

Thanks,
Billiebob

Billibob,

It is using the OSD now.

There is discussion about this already on XBMC official forums.  You may want to check that out.

I'm with you Billiebob.  Select stops.  I noticed if you hit menu, in the osd there is an added function to control the zoom.

I've deleted everything...

I saw the Zoom in the OSD but while playing a WS movie the XBMC played as if it was a FS and the zoom was set to 1.00... and my only option was to move the slider to the right which increased the zoom... so in esance you were zooming in on a full screen instead of zooming out to see the wide screen.

XBMC Forums are down right now... any more help before I go back to an older version.

Thanks,
Billie

What was the Pixel Ratio set to?

BTW: Zoom/Stretch using START is back in CVS.

Ye with the new (now old, thanks jmarshall) system, its the pixel ratio that you need to change, not the zoom.
