yea there is a way, ive done it before, but i cannot remember where the option is, its called Auto-Sign In though i believe. You just apply it to the other profile.

i dont think you can have the sign in box display though.

There's an option under the System tab in the dashboard. It let's you turn it on and off and choose which profile. I'm not sure exactly how it works (Only one 360 user in the household) but if you can't figure it out you shouldn't own a 360.
