I heard you can copy Xbox 1 games to the Xbox 360 if you have the HDD, how do i do this?

you heard wrong. the ONLY games that can be put on the 360 HDD are the XBL Arcade games and downloadable demos untill a modchip or something that lets you run unsigned code comes out

also, to play xbox1 games on the 360, you will require a HDD.  Maybe your source didn't explain it correctly.
