Hello, I want in the Project Mayhem skin an button on the frontpage for my TV. Just a place where I can choose my streams. How can I make that button?

I dont want to put my streams under my video's.
I want the same thing for radio.  Should I use a script, or can I just use a button like My videos where you get a subscreen.

ps. can anyone also tell me if realplayer streams also work under XBMC. I tried one witch worked on my pc, but it didnt work in XBMC (i have the latest version). Normal realplayer files do work, although it is long time ago since I tested that.  <
