Yeah my brother had the same problem he is 18 and it doesnt let him join. It keeps saying that he needs a credit card and wont let him join.

Sign up using a different DOB if you need to (your call, not mine).

I have the same problem, and it doesn't let me change my DOB.  It's greyed out.

You'll need a new account. You can reg with any date you want, but not change it once you have.

Just keep pressing B, you will have to redo the whole process over again.

Had same problem today.  Ended up buying another acount.  Wasn't too bad because only 2 months were on that one.... Even though two months is a reasonable amount of time.  It certainly is rediculous that MS cuts all the people in the xbox live community that are under 18.  A big portion of the community are people under 18.
