will you have to buy all new controllers?
is it really worth it?
how can they expect people to pay $100 for a 20 gig hdd?
and if you dont have one your box is not backwards compatible.

No, a wired one comes with the core package and a wireless one comes with the premium.

complaining pisses people off? wtf i asked a few simple question cause i had just read the article in the new game informer and wanted to know how many people actually thought the new system was worth $400 plus what ever it cost to play online because you need a gold membership to play online, not the silver that it comes with.

the $400 dollar package is a deal because you get the hard drive, wireless controller and the hd video cables. You are more than welcome to get the memory card instead of the harddrive if you want to play online.  Just dont come back here when you run out of storage complaning how you should have gotten the hard drive but were too cheap at the time.

im tryin to make a point about things being a lil' on the expensive side, but  i just keep gettin people who want to write about me being cheap or complaining personally i know no one wants to hear this but the ps3 looks like the best idea to me gates ruined the fun for me tryin to keep people from modding his system when modding is one of the main reason the box keeps moving off the shelf.

Hey! Stop bitching, I live in Canada, so While you are complaining about paying 400 dollars for it, I am paying 500 dollars!

And you complain about a 100 dollar harddrive, here it will be like 130 - 150 dollars for the same friggin thing!

looks like ur complaining about the cost "p.s. $100 for a 20 gig laptop hdd is still too much
http://www.newegg.co...eg...egory=380"

Which it was pointed out its a SATA drive not a standard Laptop drive. Plus the casing and development of the whole custom connector.

You saying the PS3 is going to be the system to get but u fail to realize. The PS3 will cost at least 400$ also the games are going to be more expensive do to the Blueray technology. No matter what system you choose your getting incredible gaming. Also if you want to go on the cheap the Revolution will probally be alot cheaper then either system.

Also your statement about not being able to open the system is false because theres not going to be a wall of fire keeping you from opening the system, plus ps3 will be just as difficult to open..

Its a reality that the cost of gaming is going up but when compared to PC gaming its still alot cheaper considering a computer thats as powerful as an xbox360 or ps3 will cost a few thousand dollars compared to 400$
