What a busy day it’s been for the scene :) We have been working very hard on a number of products these last few months, one in particular that we have been very excited about. You may have read our news the other day that one of of our more popular products had been copied in China. We hear today that another group are releasing a product whose vague description sounded strikingly similar to ours. As this is a cat and mouse business these days we figured that we’d let this particular cat out of the bag and give you a sneak peak at one of the big products we have been working on these last couple of months.

The Xecuter X360 USB PRO – The World’s first ALL 360 DVD to USB Adapter!

As part of the team who are extensively involved in the programming of DVD firmware, we have been able to develop the most stable and solid 360 DVD to USB converter that you could ever possibly wish for. Gone are the days of Sata cards and disabling VIA drivers and messing around with x64 issues. Simply plug in your drive to your USB port and go.  Supports all Hitachi, Samsung, Benq & Liteon DVD Drives ! Finally this is now open to all from beginners to hard core enthusiasts.

The prototypes we have been working with are obviously very roughly made – but we are about a week or so away from a final test prototype and production should begin soon. There will also be custom software which is also in development.

Wow, probably one of the best products they have made since the Nand-X. I can see this being a HUGE hit.

Yes looks good ...do I remove my DVD drive and plug both sata and power into it?  Or just sata?  Would be awesome if it could do both

Will traces still need to be cut to retrieve drive key?

They would have to be for the 9000 series LiteOn.  There is no way this conversion kit could over come that.  I think this will be a good product for those who do not already have the SATA card etc...

Are you serious that there will be a no solder/cutting method for the 93450?  As in, no need to EVER open the drive?  That would be awesome!!! Look forward to the video  biggrin.gif

BOut time someone comes out with a USB method...Just made flashing from laptops a breeze. Whoever releases there's first is where I'll be buying from.

I have no problem doing it the old fashioned way, but I help out a dude with a local repair shop and this would make work so much easier for us. Sounds good, even if it's a ripoff. Maximus is a good dude though, so I'll get his if he beats them to production.

Well.. I don't like it  tongue.gif
It makes flashing a drive too easy so anyone with a computer can do it.
I still like my Maximus Xtractor smile.gif

Looks good but would have liked the YouTube clip to show a LiteOn 9xxxx circuit board being flashed with no cuts/repairs to traces and no switch + resistor used.
