I think you can have somewhere on the motherboard electric short (bridging fault). I had short and xbox power up without picture so I think you can have it somewhere too.

On first place check x-clamping fix, maybe is tuching some elektronic part. If not I will try get back original x-clamping if is still same problem. If not will be problem in that new x-clamp.

It might not be as serious as a short. When I sent my 360 back to MS with the RROD (0102), it came back and instantly got the RROD again (0001 this time). All I did was blow some compressed air into the socket where the cable plugs in and it worked for about a week. I got the same error again so I blew some more air in but at higher pressure and for longer and its been working ever since.

Not saying this is your problem, because it more than likely is a short, but its best to check the simple things first.

I had this happen yesterday to a box that I did an xclamp fix on.  I wire the fans to 12v on the bottom of the MB and one of the wires got pinched and touched the metal shielding.  Quick reroute of the wires and all was good, so its just a short somewhere.

I have the same error with my 360 as well. I've heard replacing a MOSFET on your mobo can resolve the issue.

You should be able to pull a MOSFET from one 360 mobo and transplant it into the non-working 360 mobo. Yea I'm not the best at soldering either and I tried some local places by me to see if they could do the work  but I guess they didn't feel confident soldering as well :-P. You can look in the B/S/T thread to see if anyone offers repair services by your area.
