K, I have one of the Toshiba/Samsung DVD Drives.
Over the past couple months I've been having some trouble with my 360. In some of my games, mainly only Vegas, Guitar Hero III, and now Army of Two, it'll play for anywhere between 20 mins and 4 hours and then it'll come up with "Disc is Unreadable" and etc. I also noticed it'll make a grinding or crunching noise for a couple seconds at times, although this doesn't happen very often.
Also, I've only every had two games with the big circle scratch. One was Crackdown when I hired it, and the other was Army of Two. I moved my 360 with Crackdown but I didn't with Army of Two. Also with Army of Two it's only a faint circle but I decided to post this before it got any worse.
And I don't think I've had this problem with any other games beside the ones mentioned.
Also, my Drive will open a bit less than a centimeter when I press the eject button and get stuck or something. I was told this was because of the magnet and I've stopped this problem by keeping a disc in the tray all the time.
