They never had them in stock as they hadn't even been shipped. The "customer review" on their site can also only be fake:

QUOTE
Picked one up from the shop today and thought i'd give it a try. The going rate around here is £50 to fix a 360 - sod that.

Anyway fitted as instructed, 15 mins later i'm playing COD4 on my once dead 360 !!!! I still can't believe it - brilliant.

make some pics of it, rubber pads.. hmz probably four of them..
would that be to mount underneath the board on the ram chips. everyone who has a recent console has this already on the mobo..

Yes it is just like the penny/eraser-fix.
Microsoft had the same idea in mid 2006 all the 360s come with thermal pads under the bottom RAM since then and these still fail as we all know.
This kit is a bad joke.

A little pic of a bulk kit that someone else posted in the other thread.

And a manual which shows how to use the "RROD-fix"

According to the tutorial this is a little odd. So basically all you are buying is heat transfer pads and that is supposed to fix a system that has RROD? I don't see how that is possible. It seems more of a preventative measure other than a fix.

"Step 5 - Now re-assemble xbox 360 and test, i have currently used this kit on numerous machines with a great sucess rate and depending on the error code it has solved most of the RROD problems."

Noticed how he said "MOST" of the rrod probs !!

My first 360 already had the rubber pads and it lasted 4 months, my second 360 was an older box and it does not have the pads - 12 months still going strong today !!

So i guess if your 360 already has the pads then this is a waste of time !!

Just received the kit as well.

Installed it, works for now and the xbox already had thermal pad from MS. Will post when the xbox dies again.

This kit is a waste of money.  Team Xecuter must have gotten a very special test batch of RROD consoles to test on, as they claimed to have great success.  I have revived other RROD consoles using other known methods (xclamp, heatgun) but figured i would give their product a chance to show that it works.  For me, it simply does not.  For how much they hyped this product it is pretty lame that you get two torx screwdrivers (who needs these anyways, probably 3/4 of the cost of the kit) and four firm grey squares.  I remember the quote, 'this isnt some bolts and washers', well, maybe it should have been because from my success, it is much more effective.

Pretty fucking lame Team Xecuter.  Work on something useful.

I agree with castor, at least some nuts and bolts would have given people a better shot.  I've done over 30 RROD fixes so far, with only 1 thats back for its 3rd time.  This one may be a goner, I'm still working on it.  Half the boxes that I've fixed, already had the MS pads on the bottom of them.  They shouldn't have tried to hype it so much or even bothered really.  Quick cash grab I guess since they don't have anything else inovative to bring to the scene at the moment.

the link to the manual no longer works and there are no instructions included with the kit (i believe this was promised). i agree castor that this "fix" is very disappointing considering it's team xecuter. any have a mirror or anything for the manual? thanks.

I've just received my stock of these kits, I too figured there must be screws and washers (which would be great - I have a hard time finding the right length screws at the hardware store) in there and was a bit surprised when I opened up the box and found four rubber pads.

From what I understand, these are to replace the squishy thermal pads on the underside of the console's motherboard (or provide them, if they're missing). The supplier unfortunately didn't come through with their promise of instructions - just pointed towards that site that's gone down. I'll see if I can hunt down a RRODing Xbox 360 and give this a test - unfortunately I've got none lying around at the moment that I haven't already cured with the x-clamp removal technique.

I heard a few say this worked, a few said it didn't, so I think like most RROD fixes it will be swing or miss.
