Can't Fix 360 With 0110 Error!

Yup look at the back of the motherboard where the gpu is. You will see tiny like rectangle yellow SMD caps. They will be the smallest little parts on there and should be a bunch of them together. Look for one that is broken or missing and replace it.

More than half of those SMT Caps there can be missing and not cause a single problem, so even if any are broken or missing they're not causing the issue you're having and replacing them isn't going to do a thing. The only way they cause problems is if they break and one of the end pieces of one touch an adjacent one or two and cause a short, and even in that case replacing it isn't necessary, just removing it so the short is gone would solve that issue. Plus you'd get a PSU secondary error code in that instance as well.

Look in to doing the X-clamp replacement mod to try and get it going again, and keep the heat gun away from the motherboard.

I've had an xbox with 0110 error and trust me, those things just can't be fixed. I had to heat gun the hell out of it (no pun intended) to get it to boot. Once I got it to boot I can only get the game to play for about 10 minutes max before the screen blanks out or it just freezes up. If you do somehow find a fix for this let me know but my experience with 0110 xboxes is that they're beyond x-clamp/heatgun repairs.

I got the same 3 red lights error with a sewcondary error of 0110..what I did was just tightened the 2 gou heats sink bolts in front, those 2 bolts near the 2 rams,(front of heatsink) , then did a baking trick and now its working again great, try this, hope it will solve your 0110 problem

Every where that I've looked up this error, people say to use a heat gun.  I had a friend last night after I told him about my situation, tell me that he had heard of another trick.  I didn't have a heat gun readily available so I tried it.  My 360 started working this morning from the 3 lights of death with error 0110.

What I did is just wrap my xbox in a towle and left in on for about an hour.  after I took it out, the box was pretty hot but I left it over night and BAM!  I'm still a little in disbelief.
