First im at dashboard... then suddenly RroD i switch off the power source and then did the xclamp replacement immeadiatly.. replaced the thermal paste and everything.. the powerbrick led is orange and the 360 is off... swithed on the 360 and the power brick suddenly turn red...
whut the heck is going on the 360 wont on and the power brick is flashing red

You have a short somewhere. Look carefully around the bolts and washers and make sure the heatsink sits right. Should be easy to spot.

so if i fix this everything will be normal??... my thermal paste is abit too much and spill on some of those small chip..

you may have a bit too much thermal paste. but yes, there definatly is a short somewhere.

and no, there is no guarantee that this will fix it

some thermal paste is also conductive so that could be your problem

I FIXED DAT PROBLEM BUT NOW I HAVE THIS PROBLEM... WHEN I SWITCH IT ON INSTANTLY 2 RED LIGHTS FLASHING... help

overheating is 2 red lights, my advice would be to completely clean off your chips and re apply the thermal paste, put about a grain of rice size peice of paste on the chips in the center and slowly tighten the heatsinks to evenly apply the patse and avoid excess spillage.

Your X-Clamp screws are too tight, try loosening them off.

there either too loose or too tight. remember, you dont want them so tight that it will warp the board, you just want to hold it all together

GUYS GREAT NEWS MY 360 HAS BEEN REVIVED MUAHAHHA THANK GOD... THANKS GUYS APPRECIAT UR HELP ESPESCIALLY SCAN-C
but one question.. when i tightening up the screws on the metal case i can feel the mobo bending.. i use two washers btm and two top lawdag method..
im kinda scared coz the mobo bending too much..

ye 3 washers is the best way to go. It will and should keep it fixed.
