All new 360s in the store now are Falcons. Jasper will be out late in the late or next year.

To tell a used system you can tack a flash light and view though the front right vent for the heat sink and the inductors. Now that Microsoft is refurbishing 3rlod systems with a Zephyr heat sink, there are 4 motherboards in the used scene.

View these website to see the motherboards. I have a photo of the Zenon with a Zephyr heatsink, but it was a camera phone and is not so clear.

A Zephyr board has HDMI, but is not a Falcon (has 3 inductors next to the CPU heatsink). A Falcon typically has HDMI,  a 175w PSU (as opposed to 203w for Zephyr and Xenon), though it may have 203w as well, but has 2 inductors, and a smaller CPU. A Xenon does not have HDMI.
