Random Green/blackscreen Lockups

Yeah my console just started doing this tonight. Right now I have it on sitting at the dashboard. What all do I need to do to help prevent it from RRODing. The consoles been opened already so it's not big deal about the warrenty.

It certainly will not hurt at this stage to complete the Xclamp replacement. You may cure the symptoms and prevent this getting worse. It has more chance of success now than waiting for the inevitable.
As you have no warranty you have nothing to lose.
 make sure this occurs on more than just the one game before you strip the machine.
