3 Red Led's Flashing

Hey guys,

I just picked up a 360 premium. I got it modded with the firmware flash. I played it maybe 15 mins max ever since. I booted it up today and my game froze. I rebooted and now I get 3 red led's flashing and it wont boot. How can I fix this?

Man, I have the same problem. I had a samsung ms28 flash with Xtreme 5.2 and I updated  to iXtreme 1.4 Usung the updated IPrep.. Read and Flash OK. Once I turn on console to verify flashed ok. I get the 3 red flashing Lights!!!  And it WONT  BOOT to (Dashboard/Game) -The Drive seems fine, I can Open/Close drive.

-Now, I didn't put the case back togther I just pluged in the AV and power to test it. I haven put the case back to try fix this problem since I have my console open.

-ANY HELP WILL BE APRECIATED!

Likely a problem with the motherboard warping in the gpu area.  There's lots of ways to try to fix it, but all of them have their flaws.  I'd like to think that the correct shimming around the GPU die, and x-clamp replacement would solve the problem.

None of the x-clamp guides detail any die-shimming, and I don't know how you can make a good shim.
