Starting To Get Error 0102 Occasionally

Launch day 360 played fine until yesterday. It started to freeze on Smackdown vs raw after 1 hr of gameplay. Then it started to get worst to the point where it froze before the dashboard completely loads. Then it starts getting the RROD, checked the error codes and its the 0102. Left it off for awhile and it came back on. Tried Tetris, works just fine, tried smackdown vs raw again, within 5 minutes froze again. Same routine over and over. Should i start looking at using the X-Clamp method now?
