Getting 3 Red Lights

hi first the game was freezeing after couple days i got 3 red light i getting code 0102 is there a way to fix the problem and the warrent exp can someone help me out thanks  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

You could try the xclamp fix or the penny fix, but the only real fix for 0102 is to get a reflow or reball.. Google xbox360pros or xb360reflow.
