The only real fix for 0102 is to get a reflow or reball. Google xbox360pros or xb360reflow.

Neither of those seem to be in service from what I gathered. There's also the problem that I live in Portugal. Is there any European place that will do the job?

And if anyone has any other suggestions, they'd be greatly appreciated!

I am almost in the same boat as you are.

My experience says that the x-clamp replacement works if you turn your box on at least once a week.
If you forget and turn it on in 2 or 3 weeks, you possibily will get a new 3ROD and you will have to open your box to do the trick again.

Both are in service.. I just got mine back from xbox360pros a few weeks ago, they are even featured in OXM. I had 0102 as well.. They did a reflow and other upgrades. I dont know what options you would have in Europe. Xbox360pros are in New York and xb360reflow in Canada.

I forgot the dash when trying to get to the Xbox 360 Pros website.

Well, I performed the X-clamp replacement once again, and it is apparently working now. I'm not sure for how long though.

Next time it breaks down I'll check with Xbox 360 Pros since they take International requests.
