Im leaning more toward topmicrosusa, baceause on the page it says that the samsung drive comes with a 3 year warranty from the manufacturer. That also pretty much assures me that the drive is indeed brand new.

RichsPSXParts, on the other hand...They are about 5 dollars cheaper, mention NOTHING about a warranty from samsung, and they have a store on ebay, and when I read a lot of their back fedback I saw 2 or 3 posts stating the the drives were in fact not new it ALL!!

I asked richspsxparts a question through their ebay auction and they never responded.

Please share your experience with either of these sellers. I'm especially interested in the 3 year warranty since these 360 drives are all so junky. I would also like to hear about shipping times. who's faster or whatever. especially since the holiday season is here and the mail is probably swamped! thanks for any replies.

I ended up going with topmicrousa, the other place was too shady. On topmicro's website, they do say the 3 year warranty, is 3 years from date of manufacture. So it is yet to be seen if the drive isactuallly brand new. Or if any of these xbox drives really come brand new

I will update next week when it arrives.
