Xbox 360 Hard Drive Reformat On Pc
« on: December 13, 2007, 05:59:00 PM »

Hey Guys,
I've got a spare xbox 360 hard drive I want to use on my 360, but it causes red lights, my old one still works fine, so that's no worries.
I have the kit to connect to to my PC via SATA and I'm wondering if there's a utility out there I can use to reformat my Disk.

Cheers

I believe if it is hooked up via sata you should be able to format it by right clicking it in My Computer

I would of assumed the xbox file system was different? Can I just use FAT32 and the xbox will reformat to suit on boot?
