Wireless Controller - Need Parts, Where To Buy?

I am looking for parts for Wireless Controller (Xbox 360). The left thumb stick lost its springiness and does not center back to the original position anymore.

Does anyone where to buy parts for these controllers or does someone repair them if we sent them back?

The only place you'll really find parts for those things are from another controller. You can post in the 360 B/S/T section of the forums for an old controller or the actual parts ya need. The Wired, Wireless and even S and Duke XBOX controllers all use the same type of stick, so you have plenty of places to get one from.
