Red And Green In Picture After Xclamp Fix

So I did the Xclamp fix, and everything was running fine and dandy for about a month. Yesterday I started getting red and green artifacts all over the screen while playing.  Goes in and out, and never hampers play other than being hideous.

It did this right after I did the Xclamp fix, but pushing on one corner of the heatsink made it go away.  I tightened everything down tighter and it was gone for, as I said, about a month.

I've tried overheating the chip a few times like what was done right after the Xclamp fix to no avail.  What should I try next?  No metal washers (to shorten height of heatsink)? Heat gun?
