Ok i just fixed my 0020, finally. The overheating didnt do anything. I had to adjust the gpu and cpu xclamp bolts until it worked. I basically tightened the cpu just passed hand tight. and the gpu I tightened down the two bolts closest to the cpu a bit more than the further two, it booted right up (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
