After X-clamp Mod - Getting Instant 2 Red Lights!

Hi,

Im trying to fix my friend X360 that is getting 3RROD (code 0102) and after a X-clamp mod, just after i start the X360, i get a fiw seconds of 3RROD and after, even if he's still cold, i get 2 RRoD (upper and lower left light).
In the error codes descriptions this is the over heating code, but he's still cold and is getting this code, can anyone help me ?
