How To Fix 3 Lights?

My friend got 3 lights but we can't send any console for Microsoft because we don't have contact Xbox Customer Support directly on my country.is there way to fix it my self?

Exactly use the pinned topics or just use the search button. It takes alot less clicks than to search through this forums each day waiting for replies.

Is it just me, or should the regulars on forums such as these be more friendly to people posting with valid questions...?

So what if the question has been asked before, it'll be asked a million more times... someone may not have the time or foreknowledge to use the search function if their xbox has just broken.

Maybe its just me then. Just seems like it'd be nicer to just post the link, or say 'its in the stickies' than tell people they're lazy and leave it at that. Or even, *shock horror* not post at all. But hey this is the internet I guess.
