I've managed to find the fix to the console.
1: mobo was earthying through metal cage [big no no]
2: screws for xclamp replacement were way too tight.

What do you mean earthing the mobo? What part of your mobo was touching the case?

Sorry for the late response i live in the UK you see.
when i say earthing i mean the screws that were holding the heatsinks on where grounding/earthing through the metal cage and so was the copper points on the motherboard circuit layout.
What ive done is layered the parts of the metal cage that has the screws going in with electrical tape and put fiber washers in the screws to isolate the screws from the cage a little more.

But what does the error mean because I took my mobo out and powered on with same error
and wow i hate when kids say they'll come back but that was 2 months ago
