hi everyone!

One of my friends box is giving 3 rold, he went to buy a new game (naruto) but the update process killed the machine in the act, didn't even reboot, so what the hell is happening?

I think is gonna be sent for reppair, but if anyone can give some directions I will gladelly accept'em.


If anyone had the same experience, please give some feedback.



NOTE: no firmware hack but the case was exchanged for a xcm


.::EDIT::.  The box gave the 3 lights, but 1 hour after this (watching a House MD chapter), forgot about 3 lights and tried another game, the box turned on and asked for the game with the update, inserted game again and did his job, but 1 day after this, did the 3 damn red lights again...

this guy's box is a core
