Where To Send A Broken Modded 360? I've Tried Repairing, Can't

Hey everyone, well I Got the 3 RLOD / RROD and I tried using various "xclamp" fixes, but some stuff seems to fix it, and then couple days later it fails again, and so I have to open my 360 and like loosen then retighten the screws which I would hope to not do over and over again

I heard about "Reballing" 360s or stuff like that? where is the best place to send it to do that since I can't send it to Microsoft. Or am I out of luck?
