My 360 has been dying slowly over time and wont read pretty much anything anymore. Even brand new disks take 7-8 tries just to get them to read. It's also out of warranty.

I'm sure its the drive because everything else is working perfectly. I figured i would replace the drive but i need to learn how to flash one first. I don't want to go into the drive to replace the lens if thats the problem.

Iv looked in most of the Forums and in most of the tutorials and i haven't been able to find anything on flashing a drive, my next choice would be to buy another xbox, but i see that as a waste of money. Any help or links would be appreciated, thanks.  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)
