New 360 With Hdmi Has Some Problems.

Ok well I bought this brand new Xbox 360 Arcade, it has the HDMI, and everything. Anyways it worked fine so far, but sometimes it locks up. Locked up a total of 3 times, twice in Halo 3, and once in NFS Prostreet Demo. Also the warranty seal is fucked up. What should I do?

Buy another one,... put your broken one in the box and take it back.

Well I dont have the arcade but I have the new premium with hdmi it came with 2 games forza 2 and marvel plus its a falcon is yours? I have had not a single problem yet but only had it a couple of days and I havent tried halo 3 yet cause I dont have it but so far so  good on everything else.

Take it back to the store. I believe the 30 day store warranty supersedes the Microsoft warranty (sticker), if you honestly haven't tampered with it, then a manager should be happy to exchange it for you.
