Which Xbox Come With Benq?

I want to buy a xbox with a benq and was thinking to pick up the new core arcade pack or perhaps the hdmi premium. Is there a date range that the benq are more likely to appear in? Is there a serial number range or some other identifying mark on the pkg which would indicate a benq drive inside? TIA (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Not 100% accurate but consoles manufactured after July 2007 seem to come with BENQ drives.  But there is no way to know without ejecting the tray or opening up the console

Ok ill keep that in mind. When did the benq's start appearing? Was it earlier this year ie jan feb etc or di they start appearing just in July? Thanks
