12 Cent Fix Worked For A Few Months Then Failed

I used the twelve cent fix, but with two pennies under each ram chip to fix the 360 not showing video. It worked great for a few months, but now it's no longer showing video.  I've tried different tightnesses of the black screws under the GPU, but nothing seems to work. Any ideas on what to do next?

Everything works for a few months and then fails. Try something else.
